Welcome to our You tube channel \'Health Educatum.\'(Mob-9572050896 )  ▶In this video i have given the idea about the diet to be taken and avoided in case of High level of Uric acid causing Gouty arthritis. ▶In this condition uric acid crystals deposits in the joint which ultimately causes pain , swelling and inflammation in the joint. ⏹Good Diet- 1.Complex Carbohydrate-ex- Fresh fruit ,Vegetables, Whole grains 2. Water intake- keep your body hydrated by taking plenty of water on regular interval 3. Vitamin C- it helps kidney to remove excess uric acid from your body..But avoid to take too much vit-c.. 4. Cherry- it is good to reduce the amount of uric acid in your body 5. Strawberry and Moonberry- helps to reduce uric acid 6. Whole grains- Oat,Dalia, Barley,Makka, Jwar, Bajra etc are useful 7. Potato, Brown Rice , Brown bread- are useful 8.Beverage- Tea , Green tea,Coffee in moderate amount are useful  9.Nuts- you can take nuts but keep it in moderate amount 10.Pulses- Moong daal (yellow)is the best ..Take other daal in low amount... 11.Avoid high proteinous diet 12. Non -Veg- Avoid red meat as it contains protein as well as fat in high amount .Either reduce its amount or frequency of intake.  -----115-170 gm daily intake of Non veg is ideal 13.Reduce weight- overweight trigger the attack of Gout.So try to control your body weight 14. Avoid Crash Dieting- sudden weight loss also trigger attack of gout , so do it in proper shedule under the gudance of health expert. 15. Oil- flax oil, canola oil are good to take. 16.Fat- try to avoid taking saturated fatty acid as it increases your obesity 17. Avoid Fasting for long time-it triggers Gout attack 18.Avoid Junk food 19. Do breathing exercises 20. Do regular exercises for the joint  ⏹Reduce the amount/Avoid to take poor diet like- 1. Red meat - either avoid or reduce the frequency to take it 2. Non Veg- try to reduce its amount for intake 3. Drink- avoid Soda and drink having high Fructose corn syrup 4. Avoid Fruit juice -as it contains Fructose 5. Alcohol- either avoid it or reduce its amount gradually as it promote the formation of Uric acid. Don\'t take alcohol specially Beer during the gout attack . 6. Don\'t be overweight 7.Avoid sedentary lifestyle 8. Fish- avoid to take shellfish, Tuna fish, Heddock , Prawn as it contains high protein amount 9.
